As a Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.


• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.


• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of building equipment.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.


• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.


• Assist in the planning and execution of building improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Engineer or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) are highly desirable.
