Building Maintenance Engineer

Contract - 1-3 Months

Location - London (Travel around zones 1-9, Travel card provided)

Salary - �18-�24 per hour

Working Hours - 8:00am - 17:00pm

Your Responsibilities in the role

• Responsible for undertaking building maintenance and small electrical works. PPM's to be undertaken are, but not limited to, clamp testing emergency light testing, L8, fabric checks etc.
• Undertaking PPM's such as Emergency Light Tests, Tap Temps and other minor PPMS.
• You will be required to Travel on TFL underground network to visit buildings in zones 1-9 to deliver basic planned maintenance to a large portfolio of commercial buildings from shops to arches or common areas,

Qualifications

• CSCS Card
• Minimum Level 2 in Electrical Engineering
