Their commitment to safety is paramount, and we're seeking a Building Fire Safety Manager on behalf of our client to ensure compliance and occupant well-being within the development.As the Building Fire Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all occupants and visitors to the site. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating Building Assessment Certificate submissions, ensuring building registrations, and overseeing compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will develop and implement robust safety protocols and procedures, maintaining documentation required for submission to regulatory bodies. You will engage directly with stakeholders, including clients, leaseholders, and residents, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
