Senior Building Control Surveyor
Rugby/Coventry/Leamington
Up to �62k
Working as a Building Control Surveyor in the midlands, often you will have to travel into Birmingham City Centre too frequently. This role will see you given a reasonable area to cover with a real variety of work from commercial to residential. You will work with an established, friendly team with continually reviewed benefits which improve year on year. Your experience as an employee is what they value most. They know you perform best when you are well rewarded, appreciated and continually motivated. While there is a local office you will work from home when you are not out on site visits.
The flexible approach they take is to give you the support you need to do your job but the autonomy to do your job well. The split between home and site will be a 50:50 split and you will have ample time for client queries, plan checks, issuing notices and completing site reports.
This role will be ideal for a qualified surveyor who wants to be well rewarded for their hardwork but given a good work/life balance. Ideally you will work full time. There is promotion opportunities within the business, the current managers have progressed from surveyor level. You progress will be reviewed in regular one-to-ones and annual salary reviews. So you will be able to carve out the developments you want to make.
