Understand architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction. Clearing land, grading terrain, and ensuring the site is ready for construction activities. Pouring concrete, laying foundations, erecting structural frameworks, and ensuring the stability and integrity of the building's structure. Framing walls, installing doors and windows, and performing other carpentry tasks to construct the basic framework of the building. Ordering, receiving, and managing materials needed for construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Developing project timelines, scheduling tasks, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of the project. Inspecting workmanship, materials, and finished structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect workers.
