We are looking for a multi-skilled person with experience in IATA BSPlink to join us as a BSP Administrator, working as part of a successful service-based team.

As a BSP Administrator, your primary responsibilities include overseeing airline billing and settlements within the BSP framework.

You'll manage invoicing, reconcile transactions, and resolve disputes to ensure accurate financial records. Timely settlements and adherence to IATA standards are crucial to maintaining our licence and mitigating operational risks.

Your role is essential in upholding financial integrity and supporting the smooth functioning of our airline partnerships.

Role Overview
  • Responsible for providing support to our home-based Travel Counsellors.
  • Use BSP to reconcile weekly billings.
  • Processing airline refunds via GDS & BSPlink - awareness of the accuracy required.
  • Reviewing & investigating ADMs received - understanding airline rules and policies to be able to dispute in a timely manner.
  • Updating files appropriately.

Essential Skills
  • BSPLink knowledge
  • Awareness of Phenix flights functionality
  • GDS experience
  • IT literate, able to use Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
  • A confident, professional, and approachable team player who is well-organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • A good level of geographical knowledge or an understanding of the travel industry
  • Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills
