To establish, build, and maintain relationships, with key personnel within client accounts and brokers. This role will be responsible for the generation of quotes for new business and ongoing support for clients once onboarded. Additionally will support the field sales team and account managers with implementation, webinars, documentation and communication for new and existing clients and all brokers.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and build an industry-leading Broker support function in order to support UHCG’s goalsDrive exceptional performance against KPI’sContinually strive to improve the customer experience through improved processesAccountable for the resolution of issues that are identified – you will be responsible for troubleshooting, removing any barriers implementing future-focused solutionsAssists with implementation of businessEnsures operations understands client requirements and expectationsManages escalated client and broker issues in conjunction with operations, investigating and preparing draft responses to complaints handling and quality assurance events.Notifies clients and brokers of any operational situation (e.g., system outage, strike in a foreign country, etc.) that may impact servicePartners with external vendors in support of clients’ initiatives and programs, including performing due diligence and regulatory complianceUpdate and maintain data integrity of client databases and sales tools on a timely basis (e.g. SFDC).Participates in personal development (MAP Self-Assessment, requests for training, etc.)Attends and participates in one-to-ones with managerLeads delivery of weekly sales reports, pipeline and customer reports with support from business partners, as appropriateMaintains Sales Force updates for all client and member interactionsEU/US alignment for renewals ad reportingOwnership of European broker TOBA materials on Sales share site. Ensure annual compliance checks are completed Initial creation of client reporting suite to assist in renewals and retention.Providing consistent administrative support to the commercial team in relation to new quotes process, proposals, broker contact marketing and engagement with onboarding of clients and client reporting.Generating proposals, pricing and presentations across the product suite as per guidelines for assigned clients or prospects.Interfacing effectively with the marketing, operations, billing, legal and IT teams to develop and maintain strong working relationships to support the efficient and effective management of clients and prospect opportunities.Provide troubleshooting assistance for clients and brokers on, account status, and relevant problems in a timely manner.Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information· Required Qualifications:IPMI and industry experienceExperience in a Sales & Broker Support/Customer Service roleSalesforce experiencePreferred Qualifications:Healthcare sector and global experienceSales experienceUHC product knowledgeGood written and verbal communications skillsProficient presentation skillsPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
