We are looking for a Broker Support Technician in our Transportation team.

You will:
Provide high level support in a focussed driven environment supporting a small team of brokers.
Produce pre-inception and post-placement documentation.
Use PolicyFly
Maintain internal IBA system RiskServe, ensuring all entries and updates are promptly and accurately completed.
Respond to Broker, Agent and Underwriter queries with efficiency
Premium and Bordereaux processing to Lloyd’s and Company markets.
Assist in premium and cash reconciliation in conjunction with Finance Department.
Ensure that settlement terms and subjectivities are met and escalating outstanding matters.
Collate and prepare information pages and statistical reports.
Create, check and maintain records of negotiations, presentations and communications with Agents and Underwriters.
Update and run renewal reports.
Communicate with the Third-Party Adjuster (TPA) regarding questions of coverage.
Provide relevant documentation to assist with claim queries.
Request and generate loss runs via the TPA or through internal systems.
You have
:
Market experience in a technical support role.
A pro-active work style.
A love for planning, organisation and time management.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong command of MS Office, Outlook and IT literate.
