Bridging Finance Underwriter

�35-45k + Bonuses + Hybrid

Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

�Review and analyze loan applications, assessing borrower creditworthiness, property value, and risk factors

�Conduct comprehensive due diligence on loan transactions, including property appraisals and legal documentation

�Determine loan terms, including loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules, based on risk assessment and company guidelines

�Collaborate with sales and operations teams to expedite loan approvals and closings

�Communicate effectively with borrowers, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve issues

�Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to bridging finance

Requirements:�

�Previous experience in underwriting role, preferably in the bridging finance or mortgage industry

�Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail

�Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

�Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards for lending products

�Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment techniques
