Breakfast Commis Chef Are you an experienced, motivated chef? Enthused about working with the freshest seasonal and regional produce? Interested in developing your career in the kitchen of a world-leading luxury hotel? Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as Breakfast Commis Chef.
You will join a dedicated kitchen team, creating breakfasts fit for a Rocco Forte guest during the busy morning service. A perfectionist with exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines, you will ensure the breakfast menu is delivered to the highest standards and budget. You are capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen – bringing a comparable experience in a fine dining environment. The earliest start time will be 5 am and the latest finish will be 3 pm.
