We are looking for a Breakfast Chef . This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Head Chef.
Working pattern: Shift work / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off / rotas are done on a weekly basis.
Salary: Up to £31K per annum including service charge (£26,200 base salary + service charge)
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment, either as a Chef de Partie or Breakfast Chef with over 2 years experience. A skilled professional with the ability to oversee specific kitchen sections and with a proven track record of upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.
As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for:
day to day running and cooking of the breakfast service
assisting other sections when required
maintaining high health and safety standards
assisting with cost and stock control when required
keeping the freezer list up to date
checking deliveries
