We are currently looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the brigade of this beautiful luxury hotel in St Albans.

Our client is a luxury country house hotel and spa in St Albans. The hotel sits in 12 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and has two restaurants and two bars on site.

The Person
The Breakfast Chef de Partie will have experience of the following:
Have experience as a Breakfast Chef de Partie in either a 4 or 5 star hotel
A team player who is willing to work hard to get the best results
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
Live locally to St Albans or have own transport
