As the Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for preparing the breakfast buffet for hotel guests.

Responsibilities include:

* Prepare breakfast dishes according to sales levels
* Lead by example, setting the pace and standards within the kitchen
* Adhere to hygiene and health and safety regulations
* Comply with all food regulations as laid out in the ‘Food Safety Policy”

The ideal candidate team player and possess the following skills:

* A real passion for cooking fresh food
* Recognised industry qualification
* 1 year experience within a chef role
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
* A flexible and self-motivated approach
* Fluent in spoken English
* Have a legal right to work in the UK
