We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team in a prestigious hotel located on the beautiful Northwest coast of Scotland, in the Highlands. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team in one of Scotland's most scenic locations.

Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Chef

• Preparation and presentation of breakfasts for guests


• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards


• Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, following food safety guidelines


• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed


• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials


• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Your personality, experience�and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Breakfast Chef. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have experience in cooking breakfasts and aiding in food preparation. Knowledge of EHO, COSHH and HACCP guidelines is required.
