Opened in Novbemeber 2023, the new 245-bed hotel is part of Marriott’s Signature brand portfolio, and is located on Glasgow’s George Street in sight of the city’s iconic George Square.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST ASSOCIATE AT AC HOTEL BY MARRIOTT GLASGOW
Reporting to the Food Beverage Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
In the Hazel Restaurant, you can expect to be kept busy providing quality service to our guests whist they enjoy their breakfast, giving them that unforgettable experience they're looking for. You will share your knowledge on the variety of options we offer during the breakfast service period, but don't worry, your team will be more than happy to help you!

To succeed in the role of a Breakfast Associate you will need the following qualities and skills.
Experience in a customer facing role preferable
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
