owned or externally hired plant assets.
Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors.
You will ensure that unplanned events are handled in accordance with current Service Level Agreements and that the business delivers a 'best in class' customer experience, whilst minimising Plant & Vehicle downtime through effective management of internal and external resources
As the Breakdown Controller, you’ll get the opportunity to:
Assist with the effective management of both internal (owned assets) and external (x hired assets) breakdowns, logging response times and ensuring that they're tracked and handled to a suitable conclusion (within agreed SLA times).
Ensure that inbound and outbound calls are managed in accordance with current service level agreements.
Update and manage the JobWatch scheduling system.
Ensure that Purchase Orders are transacted in a timely manner.
Update IT systems with information as required.
Carry out the storage of documentation as required and work with all members of the service and compliance teams to develop the operational solution.
Follow service and compliance process and procedure as directed.
Rotate job role function as required.
