We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager, to support our dynamic team in working with world renowned brands, creating innovative and high-quality travel amenity products for the Airline/Hotel/Rail Industries on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The position will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your skills and leadership abilities are put to the test.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using customer segmentation model and business development/project pipeline work in advance on supporting the acquisition of appropriate brands
Support with development of the Brands Partnership portfolio ensuring all brand relationships are well managed (set internal SLAs) and brands are curated based on specific project and customer requirements; working proactively based on the agreed project pipeline
Manage the day-to-day Brand communication and development
Act as the conduit between Brands and Matrix:Travel to identify brand opportunities for NBD and innovation; work with the Strategy team to put forward compelling propositions and Product Team to manage developments of product
Manage the relationship between Brand and supporting Matrix:Travel departments
Use the business pipeline to identify and set up relationships with target customers within the industry, based on existing contacts
Support in gathering of Brand and/or Customer profiling information and development of the pitch, liaising with the Strategy team as required
Schedule and attend customer facing meetings as required
As part of Brand & Customer acquisition, prepare agency and/or tender pitch presentations, using available profiling and insights to create compelling propositions.
Support with Creative Briefs and compelling copy writing as needed
Support Strategy, Insight & Innovation Teams to develop trend-setter report that can be shared with Brands and Customers that reinforces our innovation and thought leader positioning
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience working with premium Brands, Customers and products, preferably in the hospitality and/or airline industries
Existing high-level relationships with Brands
Strong influencing skills
Proven ability to develop, nurture and maintain long-term meaningful client relationships
Understanding of Product Development process
Experience working holistically alongside various teams such as Commercial, Innovation, Creative, Product Development, etc to execute briefs
Problem solving and lateral thinking skills
Availability to travel internationally (10-20% of time)
Desirable 2nd language; Italian or French
