Who you areTrack record in developing and delivering marketing strategies for consumer brand(s)A passion for brand building, customer growth, brand engagement, loyalty and retention.Managing and developing retailer / wholesaler / distributor relationships.A natural creative marketer, thinking about building and leveraging the power of brand for tangible commercial results.Ability to manage campaigns to multiple audiences - consumer, ambassador, practitioner, retail, and trade.Proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional team members.Experience in one or more of FMCG / healthcare / VMS / beauty / wellness.The rolePlay a key role in crafting and executing DR.VEGAN's UK marketing strategy, with focus on customer growth (DTC, Retail & Int'l), enhancing brand engagement, fostering loyalty and building retentionWorking with the wider marketing team to create and deliver innovative and integrated campaigns and content across channels, including CRM, social media, paid advertising, retail, PR, DM and ATLDefine specific customer (Retail & DTC) engagement strategies to increase awareness and trial of DR.VEGAN's category leading formulas in distinct health categories, from women's health, gut health, stress & sleep to beauty, brain health, and immunityManage and deliver the Retail & B2B marketing calendar and, with our Commercial Sales Manager, support retail / B2B customers in delivering their campaigns to support brand awareness, engagement, and drive salesMaintain a continual awareness and understanding of the VMS, wellness and beauty categories, the market landscape and competitive environment, and identify opportunities to ensure DR.VEGAN continuously innovates and delivers the best, market leading products and servicesLead and manage retail and trade shows for retailers, health food stores and pharmacies, maximising the opportunity to attract new retailers and build sales with existing retailersDevelop and manage the DR.VEGAN practitioner programme, creating and delivering educational materials, insights, CRM and compelling opportunities to sample / recommend DR.VEGAN products.Manage PR and our 3rd party PR agency, leveraging our nutritionist expertise, research and insightAlongside the wider marketing team, identify strategies to work with and amplify highly engaged customers, influencers and ambassadorsWhat's in it for youCompetitive salary (£45k-£70k dependent on experience)Performance bonusShare optionsPrivate healthcareAmazing teamLocationLondon, UK & Remote
