ABOUT THE ROLEJoin Launchmetrics as a Brand Marketing Executive, where your dynamic and results-oriented approach will drive and expand our business at scale. We're seeking an experiencedprofessional with a proven background in Marketing & Demand Generation, passionate about bridging the gap between marketing and sales. As a detail-oriented individual, you'll focus on implementing impactful bottom-of-the-funnel tactics and campaigns to generate new business opportunities, working closely with our sales teams to enhance pipeline growth and revenue.Reporting to the Business Marketing Director, you'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and executing outbound marketing programs aligned with our global business marketing strategy.What you’ll do: Develop, execute, and measure demand generation programs for your region, ensuring optimal balance between return on investment and resource utilization. Implement various outbound marketing tactics, such as organizing local events and webinars, creating Account-based marketing content pieces, developing landing pages, fostering business partnerships, and utilizing social selling tactics.
Develop engaging email and LinkedIn copy to resonate with our target audience in FLB, proficiently crafting persuasive and impactful messages to build relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and manage ad-hoc strategic programs with target accounts, including creating tailored content, delivering data and content in private workshops and meetings, etc., to generate new business opportunities
Manage actively engaged leads, from qualification to executing outbound outreach tactics to initiate conversations around product offerings and drive business opportunities.
Monitor outbound outreach efforts and report results using outreach software tools and analytics.
Update opportunities and track results through predefined dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
Contribute to content generation for our blog, collaborating with the content team to create valuable pieces addressing buyer pain points and product use cases.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively with other team members towards shared goals.
ABOUT YOUWho You Are: Must be French Native or equivalent proficiency. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in the Fashion Industry and/or B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. Strategic thinking, initiative, and proactivity to autonomously develop outbound actions and strategies. Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable connecting and interacting with industry professionals to build relationships. Creative mindset with an interest in content development, capable of effectively addressing buyer pain points and solutions through various channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Extra Credit: Experience usingSalesforce, Outreach, Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
