At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.This Brand Manager role sits within the Chivas Regal Global Brand Architecture team, a team of 7 with responsibility for the product portfolio strategy, product design, new product development, brand world guidelines, brand activation, experience, drinks strategy & content creation.The Chivas Regal brand was launched in 1909 as “the world’s first luxury whisky”, targeting New York’s new wealthy elite with a Blended Scotch Whisky full of classic aspirational imagery of British Royalty & Aristocracy. A new status symbol was born, adorning the exclusive tables of Manhattan’s thriving pre-prohibition bars & nightclubs.After more than 100 years, Chivas Regal is now sold in more than 150 countries across Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas. A strategic priority brand within Pernod Ricard and a flagship brand within Chivas Brothers' award-winning portfolio of Scotch whisky.Like all successful established brands, Chivas needs to constantly reinvent itself for a new generation of drinkers & this Brand Manager position will play an important part in building & executing the global brand engagement & recruitment strategy.Your role within the team will focus on leading product development and product design projects as well as taking a lead role managing asset creation to support product launches & ongoing marketing support, showcasing the various product imagery & stories, drinks occasions & lifestyles associated with each product within our portfolio.You will have 4 main areas of responsibility: Responsibility 1 : Deliver Chivas Regal NPD projects, from concepting to design and delivery. In addition to product & design development, you will also take a lead role in the creation of global marketing strategy and tools to launch NPD in key markets. Responsibility 2 : Lead the roll out of Chivas Regal 18 packaging restage, delivering packaging restage in Q1 FY25 & suite of Hygiene Assets for markets to support the launch, including new brand world. To evaluate the restage launch, you will be responsible for creating a global launch review to assess performance in market Responsibility 3 : Work alongside Marketing Manager & Creative Centre of Excellence team to design and roll out new Brand World throughout FY25, based on timeless brand DNA, to convey new luxury positioning – ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Responsibility 4:
Lead the next round of product restages within the portfolio, working collaboratively with cross functional teams, from Manufacturing, Legal & Finance, to manage projects from design to delivery via the CBL NPD Stage-gate processWho you’ll be working withInternally, you’ll work with the Global Chivas Regal Marketing team as well as our colleagues across the world in both our regional and local market teams. In addition, you will work with our Media Strategy, Planning & Social Media Management teams to ensure your content reaches our audiences.
