However, if you’ve read up to here and you think you want to join a team of world-class, super-driven and kind-hearted people, then let’s get to the good bit…Job DescriptionAs the Brand Manager at Team RH, you’ll report into our Chief Brand Officer and will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.You’ll be responsible for growing and overseeing our in-house Creative team, to ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all platforms and touchpoints with our customers.This job is based fully in-house at our Team Valley offices.Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 12:30pm.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with our company objectives and target audience insights.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards in all brand-related activities and communications, and provide guidance and support to internal teams to maintain our brand identity across all channels.Conducting market research and analysis to identify areas for growth and development within the brand guidelines and strategy.Oversee both internal and external brand messaging to strengthen our brand identity.Working closely with our CEO/Founder, to define the ‘Richie Howey’ brand identity alongside the Team RH brand identity, and advising on how we can align the two.Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, tech and physical product development, social), to develop high-quality brand assets including advertising campaigns, packaging and digital content, to ensure consistency across the board.Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, perception and market share.Analysing customer feedback, market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and development.Management duties for our in-house Brand and creative team, including executing performance reviews, 1:1’s, approving annual leave/sickness, onboarding and offboarding employees within the team.Working with our Social team to ensure our content adheres to all platform guidelines on TikTok, Facebook etc.Skills and qualificationsAt least 3 years in a brand management or related marketing role, preferably within the fitness or tech industry.Previous experience managing a team of creatives (videographers, photographers, designers etc).Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Creative mindset with a passion for brand building.Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.Experience with introducing and managing strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.Thorough knowledge of social media and (trading standards/ASA) guidelines.Free membership to our Team RH Life Plan.25 days holiday + bank holidays.Generous discounts on all merchandise.Staff fun days and socialsMany opportunities for career development, as well as opportunities for training and personal development.Enhanced sick pay, maternity and paternity pay.An incredible, fun and creative environment.
