Role: Brand Manager

Location: CV7 9EJ

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £50,000 doe plus 10% annual performance related bonus

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Brand Manager  to join our client’s successful team in Coventry.

Our client has a vision to make furniture fashionable, stylish, and accessible to everyone without breaking the bank. They make sure everyone is able to easily create their own retreat in the comfort of their home through our furniture.

Role description:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our client’s brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organisation to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

You’ll need to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.

If you’re creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us improve our company’s reputation and drive growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

What we’d like from you:


  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Tenacity and resilience
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
