We are ideally looking for someone withproven experience in awholesale telecoms industry who has developed an executedbrand strategy at a senior level.In this role you will also work closely with our People and Culture team to drive brand adoption within the business helping all our colleagues understand who we are, why we are different and what we want to stand for. Develop and execute a robust brand strategy that aligns with our business goals. Create a unique brand identity and position in the marketplace. Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints. Marketing Campaigns: Design and manage effective marketing campaigns to promote our values, mission and propositions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of regional and other commercial campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed. Supporting the build and community engagement function in brand awareness and campaigns
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning. Advertising and Communications:
Manage brand messaging across various channels (online, print, social media, etc.). Manage and maintain the APFN external website and all digital channels representing the APFN brand.
Work closely with internal functions and external vendors for branding and advertising initiatives such as APFN installation vans, APFN uniforms etc. Ensure clear and compelling communication of our offerings. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum impact.
Brand collateral and external events:
Develop and manage the marketing collateral for all current and new products ensuring that allexternal and internal documentation is accurate, up to date and in line with brand guidelines. Allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum impact. External & internal communication management Develop and manage the brand governance to support the business wide external messaging and publications. Providing business partnering for ELT and Executive members for proactive and reactive media and social media interactions. Working with People and Culture, and Facilities to support branding alignment.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and encourage creativity. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback
