Porsche Retail Group is expanding our team and we have an excellent opportunity for a Product Expert / Brand Ambassador to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre Guildford. This well-located showroom is about to undergo a major redevelopment. The Porsche Centre is based within the main city area and there are retail parks close by. Instead, as a genuine part of the Porsche family, you’ll use your encyclopaedic knowledge of the brand, honest advice and natural conversational charm to ensure every visitor feels as if they’re comfortably chatting about a car you’re both passionate about. By being authentic, you’ll give them the information they need to make the right decision on the perfect car. In short, you will have the power to inspire complete customer satisfaction, and the innate ambition and enthusiasm to consistently deliver unique experiences, rather than meet targets.What will you be doing?In the role of Product Expert / Brand Ambassador, you willAnalyse customer needs, interests and specific preferences, using your extensive knowledge and professional instincts to identify the appropriate model and recommend to customers the optional features that you think will truly benefit their lifestyle.
