Branch Sales Manager

Are you an exceptional retail salesperson looking for a new challenge?
Johnsons Leisure Limited are one of the UK's largest independent retailer of premium Outdoor Living Products for the home and our fantastic branch at Dobbies Garden Centre, Tewkesbury, requires a passionate and enthusiastic Branch Sales Manager to work alongside the sales assistant.
Working in our unique display village you will be selling a wide variety of garden rooms, hot tubs, composite decking and indoor saunas. As well as being responsible for the branch’s performance you will also visit customers homes conducting site surveys to advise and check that their choice of garden room or hot tub will fit and access isn’t an issue.
We are looking for someone who wants to excel at selling superior and desirable products for an innovative and forward-thinking company.
Key Skills:
Sales experience is essential but full product training is given
Highly self-motivating individual who thrives on delivering the best customer service while achieving their set goals
Ability to work within a team to achieve sales targets
Excellent time management
A good understanding of Microsoft Office

The Package:
Salary is £31,000 plus uncapped commission, OTE £37,000 - £40,000
Hours: Full Time to include weekends (£14 per hour, average 43.5 hours per week based on 5 day 6 day working week)

A comprehensive induction and full product training will be given.
