We are looking for an outgoing and driven Branch Manager to join our growing team. Are you a people person with a background in hydraulics, pneumatics and sales, looking for a new opportunity in the Oxford area, where no two days will ever be the same?

We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who thrives on a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining high quality standards, and a passion for sales. You will be given training with our products but will be expected to have good customer service and business development skills, with the ability to build rapport, and build and lead a team.
The Branch/Sales Manager will be based in their own trade counter located in Oxfordshire on a full-time basis, you will be focused on new business development for hydraulic hose, ancillary parts and our 24/7 engineering service, and building on existing relations.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Maintain local awareness of competitors and potential customers.
· Attend and represent the Company at conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions as required.
· Liaise with UK Sales Manager to identify potential sales leads.
· Overall management of the trade counter function ensuring it functions as per Interpump standards and in line with ISO and UK legislation/regulations.
· Processing orders, providing quotes, and technical data.
· Stock control – be responsible for trade counter and engineers vans based at location.
· Monitor and manage activities of Sales and Service Engineers based at location.
· Train staff on processes relevant to the individual depot.
· General administration duties, and team support as required.
As the Branch/Sales Manager you should have the following skills, qualifications, and competencies:
· Good communication, customer service, business development, and rapport building.
· Knowledge of H&S and PPE.
· Ability to prioritise, work at a fast pace and multi-task.
· Team player with a can-do attitude.
· Computer literate with MS Office (other in-house software will be required for use).
· Proven sales and negotiation skills.
· Management experience.
· Flexibility and adaptability.
· Technical knowledge of Hydraulic Hose, Fittings, and Pneumatics.
