A leading non-profit are looking for a Branch Network Officer to support the delivery of Continuing Professional Development through the Branch Network that is affordable, inclusive, accessible, and excellent at in-person, hybrid, and digital events. Key accountabilities You will manage the Apprenticeship Project Report process which comprises:
To support the delivery of a national programme of events and digital engagement through the Branch Network, working with volunteers and the Branch Network Manager and Branch Network TeamTo administer the creation of the annual branch programme, using the events platform (Cvent) to design and build event registration pages and delegate confirmation emails, and using the marketing tools within the agreed brand guidelines to produce emails,
local bulletins, adverts for Tax Adviser, and social mediaUpdating websites in relation to branch activitiesTo provide support to delegates and volunteers by assisting, processing bulk event registrations, arranging complimentary committee registrations, and dealing with enquiriesTo report on Branch Network activities, including monitoring and reporting on marketing campaignsTo administer the data capture and registration process for non-membersTo assist the Branch Network Manager and Head in the correct use of and administration of the preference centre in line with the department’s internal processes, procedures and GDPRTo support the process of branch prize winners by distributing pass lists, preparing certificates, and promoting awareness of the prizes across the networkTo support Branch Committees, including surveying members on behalf of branches, maintaining branch web pages, updating CRM with committee changesTo contribute to the formulation of content and delivery for branches conference, branches forum and branch volunteer inductionsTo attend branches conference and branch events as required Skills needed to fulfil the role Knowledge and Experience
Experience of working within a membership/ customer orientated environmentExperience of using event registration systems, databases, and event management software Functional/Technical Skills
Competent in MS Office PackagesCompetent in using event registration systems, databases, and event management softwareTime management and multitasking capabilities Interpersonal and Work Management Skills
