Hospitality, Industrial, and Commercial.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join an expanding team where the scope for growth and progression is endless.Key Responsibilities of this Branch Manager role will includeDevelopment: Establish and grow our presence in Northern Ireland. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients, leading to successful partnerships.Leadership: Manage a team of dedicated recruiters and administrative staff. Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets.Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to evaluate branch performance. Implement strategies to maximise efficiency, productivity, and overall profitability.Relations: Nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in the staffing industry, maintaining impeccable compliance standards.Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the industry and the regional market to make informed business decisionsThe successful applicant for this Branch Manager role will have:Min of 2 years previous experience in a Recruitment Management ideally within high volume temporary recruitment Experience in recruitment in the Healthcare Industry is highly desirableProven track record in Business Development and over achievement on meeting targets and budgetsStrong knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and policies Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision making.Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines on a consistent basis.A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.What’s in it for you?Excellent salary and bonus structure on offer Excellent benefits package State of the art modern office right in the heart of Belfast City Flexible working hours Annual trips away Endless scope from growth and progression For more information or to apply submit your CV via the link.
