Are you an experienced Leader with experience gained in Construction Materials Supply or Builder’s Merchant?Minster is recruiting now for a Branch Manager for our Oldbury Park, Birmingham Branch. Our Minster Oldbury Park branch is home to our extensive range of high-quality ceiling, roofing, insulation and dry lining products.Hours of work Monday to Friday 730am to 5pmIn this role you will lead the team to set high standards of customer experience and build successful working relationships with customers, staff and suppliers to deliver sustainable profitable sales growth and gain market share within the marketplace.At MINSTER people matter to us, and we try to show that every day. As part of this, our aim is to create an enterprising and innovative working environment, where you have the opportunity to learn new skills, and develop your career.As a Branch Manager with MINSTER, you will:Achieve and proactively drive sales growth, sales & margin targets, customer base growth and customer spend targets through your team.Build close and trusted working relationships with operational colleagues to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction are delivered to customersWork to support and develop your team.Work with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Manager to define and implement sales plans for the branch.First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working. This role demands someone who is extremely proactive in their approach and who not only enjoys building new client relationships but nurturing existing ones too. All product knowledge can be provided through training, what is most important is that you can demonstrate commercial acumen and a proven background in sales and customer service.To be suitable for the role you will have:A full UK Drivers Licence with no more than 6 pointsStrong leadership skills and commercial focusProven experience in customer facing business and a proactive sales/customer focused environment delivering results.The ability to communicate and influence at all levels, working both within a team locally and nationally.This role is working with MINSTER part of the STARK Building Materials UK.
