Job DescriptionBranch Manager - EdinburghWe are looking for a experienced Branch Manager, who has worked in electrical wholesale or distribution previously, to lead our clients branch in Edinburgh. As a Branch Manager, your key purpose will be to grow revenue and gross profit through developing the business from there existing customer base and acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for managing costs to maximise net profit and ensuring operational excellence.Job Description:Grow revenue and gross profit through developing the businessManage costs to maximise net profitAssist customers in branch and over the phone with customer service, technical support, and sales inquiriesDrive new business into the branch through proactive sales techniquesCollaborate with head office colleagues and Directors to ensure operational excellence and maximise business performanceLead and motivate direct reports to achieve sales forecasts, KPIs, business growth, and professional developmentManage stock control, cash, and operational processesMain Responsibilities:Sales forecastingTrack performance to forecasts/targets and provide feedback on resultsConduct weekly team meetings to share business updates on performance and operationsAssist customers with queries, face to face, via email, or phoneProcess ordersManage quoting and pipelineControl stock and cashEnsure operational excellence from front of house to back officeKey Attributes:Experience in managing peopleExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work competently and efficientlyStrong and effective communication skillsAbility to multitask methodicallyPassion for teamwork and business growthPositive attitude and a thirst for business growthSalary & Benefits:Competitive base salary range (Negotiable, depending on experience)Monthly Sales Incentive Plan (uncapped)Private health plan
