We have an exciting opportunity available in the North West region. We are currently looking to appoint a Branch Manager for our Manchester team. This role would be to lead the team, based in central Manchester, to the next level.

With offices throughout the UK and an exclusive relationship with nasen (National Association for Special Educational Needs), we provide teachers and support staff to schools nationwide and offer temporary and permanent placements for TAs, HLTAs, LSAs, therapists, teachers, SENCOs, Deputies and Head Teachers.
As a billing Branch Manager, in addition to running a small desk of your own, you will be responsible for the overall branch performance, maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and developing new business in line with relevant targets. Your role will also encompass supporting and mentoring internal staff, dealing with performance targets and HR related matters, and reporting financial data to the Directors whilst working in line with company policies to achieve targets set for the branch and the company as a whole.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering results and managing a team within the education recruitment sector. You must be self-motivated with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
