Weldricks Pharmacy have an exciting opportunity for customer focused individuals to join our growing team as a Pharmacy Branch Manager at our Swallownest branch, Sheffield. Pharmacy experience is not essential, and we will give you all the training you need to succeed!

Role Overview

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 39 hours a week with an hourly rate of �12.35.

Working days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm and Thursday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch each day.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing your branch team, including the Pharmacist, to ensure a safe, efficient, and profitable branch, focusing on company KPIs.
  • Working collaboratively with other branches, Area Managers, pharmacy support and the wider business to support company growth and success.
  • Making sure training needs are identified and planned into the working week.
  • Completing yearly appraisals thoroughly to make sure all colleagues know their strengths and what their development needs are.
  • Showing leadership and influencing your team to implement the Weldricks Customer Care policy to the highest possible standards.
  • Always maintaining high retail standards to facilitate a brilliant customer journey.
