Location - DoncasterDuration - 12-14 Months (Maternity Cover) - View to going permanent after.Hours - 40 per week (Monday to Friday)Salary - £23,795 p/a + Commission, 26 Days Holiday, Bank Holidays, On Site Free Parking.As a Branch Administrator within our rail labour supply business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the day to day administrative activities for the business are achieved. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the processing of timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
* Collate and review timesheets submitted by operatives on a weekly basis.
* Accurately input hours worked and any other relevant information in the payroll system.
* Verify the accuracy of timesheet information and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Process payroll in a timely manner to meet established deadlines.
* Serve as a point of contact for operatives regarding payroll-related queries.
* Provide guidance and support to operatives on timesheet submission processes and payroll procedures.
* Assist with payroll audits and compliance reviews as necessary.
* Generate weekly reports to company head office.
* Manage and clear debt and chase clients for outstanding purchase orders.Experience
* Proven experience as a payroll administrator within the rail or construction industries (Desirable)
* Proficient in MS Office products.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
