We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator. As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the branch manager and staff
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
