Brake Press Setter/Fabricator

We are looking to recruit a integral memeber to join a fantastic�team/company.

Our client is a well established, growing and�leading manufacturer in the industry.

They are looking for a brake pess setterand Fabricator

Are you the right candidate?

• Ideally have worked within metal fabrications in the past


• Ability to work out blank sizes and bend allowances is essential


• Proven ability to interpret manufacturing/ optimisation lists and specifications including hardware.


• Understanding contents of supplier manuals in order to complete the required methods of fabrication and able to address this information in terms of assembly requirements


• Ability to read and recognise profile orientations and technical drawings


• Manual handling and ability to use one or more of the following:
  
  
  
  • hand tools,
  
  
  • air driven tools,
  
  
  • chop saws,
  
  
  • pillar drills and
  
  
  • pneumatic machines/punches
  
  
  • notchers
  
  
  • guillotines
  
  
  • laser cutters
  
  
  • welding equipment
  
  
  • bonder
  
  
  • press-brake
  
  
  
  


• Experienced on CNC machines


• Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements for their area of work


• Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature.


• Ability to operate different tools


• Ability to lift heavy materials and tools (in excess of 22kg/ 50lbs)


• Ability to remain focussed

Pay will be dependant upon experience - �12.00 ph-�14.00 ph
