At SIRPLUS, we're passionate about slow fashion and committed to sustainable growth. We are seeking a Boutique Store Manager who can take ownership of one of our London stores, driving sales, maintaining impeccable customer service, and ensuring that our brand continues to thrive.
Mission:
As a Boutique Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our London stores. Your role will include:
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
Oversee stock and store operations
Managing the visual display of the store to showcase our products beautifully
Reviewing sales and feedback, collaborating with the line manager, buying, merchandising, and marketing teams to meet brand goals
Maintaining POS systems, including iPads, card machines, and marketing materials
Ordering supplies as necessary to keep the store running smoothly
Maintaining a high level of customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations
Regularly reviewing our procedures and suggesting improvements
Handling refunds/exchanges efficiently
Liaising with our Warehouse Team to ensure orders are processed smoothly
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Strong customer service and communication abilities
Passion for sustainable fashion and knowledge of current industry trends
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work
Customer centric with a positive attitude
Currently working as a Supervisor/ Assistant manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
