Boutique.As a Sales Associate at Boucheron, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships and ensuring store excellence.You will represent the most stylish and cutting-edge French High Jewelry Maison with elegance, expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service.Your primary responsibilities will include:Sales Performance:Drive sales by offering personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable jewelry pieces.Use extensive product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and convey the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques and team spirit.Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Represent Boucheron as an Ambassador, adhering strictly to the Maison’s selling ceremony.Clienteling Initiatives:Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and tailored experiences.Proactively connect with existing clients to understand their preferences, upcoming events, and special occasions, anticipating their needs.Utilize CRM tools effectively to monitor client interactions, preferences, and buying patterns, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management.Identify and pursue business development opportunities for business growth to broaden the store’s clientele and enhance its market visibility.Retail Operations:Ensure excellence of retail operations.Participate actively on transversal store activities (VM, stock management, POS systems).Make sure to follow and respect guidelines to ensure compliant process and store security.PROFILEProven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.Outstanding sales expertise, evidenced by a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a talent for storytelling: fluency in multiple languages is advantageous preferred.Proficiency in CRM software and very important clienteling skills.Committed, results-driven and team-oriented,
