Salary:��30,000 - �35,000 (maybe more for the right candidate)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure precision and currency of financial documentation.


• Manage Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger transactions.


• Conduct reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.


• Generate and deliver invoices to clients.


• Compile financial reports, comprising profit and loss statements and balance sheets.


• Aid in budgeting and forecasting activities.


• Support year-end tax preparations.


• Uphold adherence to accounting principles and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bookkeeper experience


• Xero experience preferred


• Understanding of accounts payable and receivable procedures.


• Exceptional attention to detail.


• Robust organizational abilities with adept task prioritization.


• Capacity to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.

Additional info:

• Permanent, full-time


• 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday


• Free on-site parking
