We have a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper with secretarial skills to work for a fantastic client in Stony Stratford.Duties to include:Pay supplier invoices and maintain accurate recordsRaising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders as requiredCredit control in line with Company proceduresInvestigate and Resolve supplier and contractor invoice queriesAssisting with PayrollChecking company bank statementsManaging Company bank statements and Xero DatabaseDiary Management and Travel ArrangementsSetting up virtual meetings for Company Director on TeamsManaging the day to day office equipment & invoicing - photocopier, printers, telephones and InsuranceProvide office support and general office tasks Quality Personnel acting as an Employment Agency & Business (rated as one of the top 3 Agencies in Milton Keynes for the 4th year running!).Please note due to volume of applications you will only be contacted if we are progressing your application.
