I'm Baptiste YLNEN, and my client, a well-established Advisory Firm, is looking for a Bookkeeper. They are based in Central London, near Bank.
The bookkeeper's main responsibilities and duties include :
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients using Sage 50 & Quickbooks
* Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures including reconciliation of ledger accounts.
* Produce financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
* Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and corporation tax returns.
* Preparing and submitting HMRC related returns including monthly PAYE/NI and quarterly VAT returns.
* Processing client payrolls including addressing general payroll queries, pension submissions and related matters.
* Providing administrative support and performing any other ad-hoc duties as required.
