Role overview
We are looking for a Bookings Team Leader to manage the Bookings team and to work closely with the Service Teams to achieve customer care objectives.

Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Bookings Team Leader will be:
To manage and support the Bookings Team
To undertake regular reviews of departmental performance
To undertake performance reviews and identify training needs
To implement appropriate training and development plans
To keep up to date with product and other relevant information and to communicate relevant information to the team
To recruit departmental staff
To produce regular reports on departmental performance
To continually work to improve customer care standards
To attend meetings and training sessions
To receive calls from customers and prospective customers
To book service appointments
About You
As a Bookings Team Leader, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
Excellent understanding of bookings and driving sales
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Organised, hard working and outgoing
Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
Great computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
High levels of commitment to providing the best customer care.
A positive and friendly attitude in the work environment.
