Book Operations Manager

A leading independent live events company has asked Think Selection to find a Book Operations Manager to join their London-based team.
As the Book Operations Manager your role will be to supervise and coordinate the operational and logistical aspects of book sales at live touring events, oversee distribution from the company’s warehouse, and lead the warehouse coordinator in distribution and stock management
You’ll ensure that books are purchased and supplied to events for author signings and sales, and liaise with promoters as the external bookselling partner.
You’ll also oversee the selection of books available on the company’s own e-commerce platforms, collaborating closely with the Marketing department to regularly promote stock.
You’ll establish strategies with the marketing team to optimise book sales in conjunction with live tours and special events, while also maintaining the e-commerce platforms to promote signed stock.
The company operates a hybrid policy of three days per week at the Central London offices or London depot.
