Job Title: Gas Service and Repair Engineer (Domestic)
Location: Properties around South Lakes area - Windermere, Lancaster, Ulverston, Barrow etc.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + van and fuel card
Our client are a reputable and well established Social Housing Contractor who provide both reactive maintenance and planned maintenance services to affordable homes throughout the Cumbria region.
They are looking for highly competent and experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineers to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is working on boiler installations to domestic properties within the Social Housing sector.

The company have a number of long term contracts (5-10 years) across the area so there is plenty of security for future work.

Essential Qualifications:

• CCNI - Core Domestic Gas Safety
• CENWAT - Domestic Central Heating & Hot Water
• CKR1 - Domestic Gas Cooing Appliances
• HTR1 - Domestic Fan Assisted Flued Gas Fires & Wall Heaters
• MET1 - Domestic Gas Heaters
• CMDDA1 (Carbon Monoxide Testing Training - ideal, but not essential)
