Bodyshop technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
MET Technician
to join the busy team at our clients bodyshop in Colne .
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
The main purpose of the MET Technician role is to repair accident-damaged vehicles, fitting all parts and repairing all damage as listed on the estimate, and reporting any further damage found
As a MET Technician your duties will include:
Carrying out timely, accurate repairs in accordance with estimates and insurance company requirements
Carrying out work to the highest level of quality to minimise rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensuring good standards of housekeeping and timely removal of damaged parts.
Responding positively to the requests of the Bodyshop Manager or Supervisor and working effectively as a member of the Bodyshop Team.
Adhering to the relevant Manufacturer / Insurer standards and requirements.
Observing all relevant Health & Safety procedures.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £33,280 per annum with an OTE up to £37,660 per annum (depending on experience)
