The main responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager are as follows:

• Monitor day to day running of the Bodyshop


• Maximise efficiency, productivity and customer experience


• Continuously maximise profitability


• High level quality control and checking of work


• Comply with manufacturer partner audit standards


• Monitor and assist estimates to ensure accuracy


• Coach, mentor and motivate team


• Increase customer awareness on all available services


• Input into generating new business through insurers, private owners, local car dealers

To be a successful candidate for the Bodyshop Manager role you must:

• Have previous experience within a similar role


• Have outstanding attention to detail


• Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal


• Be friendly, polite, courteous, empathetic


• Have proven career progression through a Bodyshop environment


• Have strength of character to ensure robust processes are followed by all


• Be a good motivator to ensure the team want to follow you as a leader


• Have strong organisational and management skills
