Bodyshop Manager Location: YeovilBasic Salary: GBP45,000 Bonus: OTE GBP60,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday We are looking to recruit an experienced Accident Repair Manager/ Bodyshop Manager to facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team to deliver a quality repair - on time, every time.The successful candidate will deliver exceptional market-leading customer service by actively managing the delivery of a first-class customer service journey. This will be achieved by proactive control of the customer experience, from initial booking in to the final return of the vehicle.Main Duties and Responsibilities of Accident Repair Manager/Bodyshop Manager include: Productivity of the workshop and ensuring the site completes the required unitsTo be responsible for the overall cost of saleEnsuring the quality of repair of all vehicles is at the highest standardTo deal with any complaints efficiently and ensure we contain them internallyTo ensure culture and ethos is consistently adhered to and understood Daily Duties and Responsibilities of Accident Repair Manager/Bodyshop Manager include: Productivity of workshopMaintaining level of quality, including Quality controlEnsuring that all required documentation including check sheets are completed comprehensivelyCommunication with Production Director on constraints to productivity and maintenanceHigh levels of housekeeping maintainedStatutory requirements fulfilled by operators (health and safety, COSHH etc.)Insurance company requirements are maintainedProductivity targets achieved Experience and skills of Accident Repair Manager/Bodyshop Manager include: To have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Body repair of motor vehiclesMotor manufacturer qualifications and experience.Minimal reworkQuality standards maintainedWorkshop documentation accurate and comprehensiveGood housekeepingNon-productive time kept to a minimumPositive assessment by insurance company engineers Please contact Michael Godden at Tru Talent on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed) (Bodyshop Manager - Yeovil) or if you can Apply Now .
