Job Role: Bodyshop Manager

Location: Trafford Park (Greater Manchester)

Salary:�(DOE) �45,000 - �74,000 OTE per annum�

Hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

A great and rare opportunity has arisen. Our client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join their modern ARC, based in Trafford Park (Greater Manchester). The ideal Bodyshop Manager will have experience in the car repair industry with strong knowledge of technician repair disciplines and strong experience managing a team. You will be able to demonstrate a focus on productivity and ensure the well-being and management of the Bodyshop team.�

The position is a high-profile position within the business. The Bodyshop Manager plays a pivotal role ensuring the smooth running of the workshop whilst maintaining quality, customer service and speed of repairs. They will report to and work closely with the Group Production Manager.

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Greet the workshop team and delegate first job


• Email daily on-site list ready for Group Production Manager


• Give the CSA list of cars due out of the workshop for the day


• Give estimated completion dates to CSA


• Check parts ordered for the jobs are correct and undamaged


• Maintain efficient communications within the business, to maintain morale


• Ensures safety equipment is being adequately used to ensure 100% compliance
