What you will be doing:
This is a customer-focused position as such the ideal candidate will be able to build relationships and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Assess damage and provide estimates, liaise with customers on works to be completed, and follow up on estimates using the tracker system.
Complete job cards/repair orders and pass them to the workshop. Record and communicate authority for any extra work required or parts to be ordered or fitted. Assist in planning the forward capacity of the Bodyshop.
