Bodyshop Administrator

As a Bodyshop Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the day to day in the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail.

As a Bodyshop Administrator, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• You will be working closely with the Bodyshop Director


• Primary point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments


• Managing customer inquiries and ensuring communication between the departments


• Ensure customers are consistently updated on the progress of their repairs and promptly address any inquiries or concerns they may have


• Liaising with suppliers / parts


• Creating weekly/daily reports


• Updating spreadsheets which show the profitability for the company


• Regular updates / up to date ledger and invoicing on Xero / Auto

As a Bodyshop Administrator, you will have:

• Previous experience in Customer Service / Admin / similar role, preferably in the automotive industry


• Strong communication skills


• Knowledge of Microsoft Packages – Excel / Word

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
