Position Overview:

As a Body shop Prep and Paint Technician, you will play a crucial role in preparing and enhancing the appearance of our vehicles to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Body shop Prep and Paint Technician Key Responsibilities:�

• Prepare vehicles for painting by performing necessary bodywork repairs, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as required.


• Perform minor paint repairs and touch-ups as needed to address imperfections and ensure overall vehicle appearance.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.


• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflow, and achieve efficient production schedules.


• Assist with other Body shop duties and projects as assigned by management.

Body shop Prep and Paint Technician�Qualifications /�Experience:

• Previous experience as a Body shop Prep and Paint Technician or similar role in the automotive industry is preferred.


• Previous experience in vehicle preparation techniques, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation.


• Strong knowledge of paint application methods, including spray gun operation, mixing, and blending.


• Attention to detail and precision in colour matching, paint application, and finishing processes.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Valid driver's license UK or non-UK is welcome.
